The main selection parameters of heating radiators: material characteristics, estimated heat dissipation, heating system, anti-corrosion layer.
1. Material characteristics of the radiator
Traditional heating radiators are typically represented by cast iron radiators and plate radiators. The radiator made of cast iron has serious environmental pollution, low thermal efficiency, slow heat transfer, rough appearance, and heavy;
Steel radiator: mainly steel double column, steel three column, steel four column, steel five column, steel six column and other radiators
Aluminum radiator: die-cast aluminum radiator, steel-aluminum composite radiator, all-aluminum radiator

2. Estimate heat dissipation
a. Calculate the total area: calculate the total area of bedroom, living room, bathroom, etc.;
b. Calculate the wattage:
  Generally estimated based on 45-70 watts/square meter, of course, you can make appropriate adjustments according to your own housing conditions and warmth to calculate the total required wattage;
c. Calculate the number of radiators: When purchasing radiators, you can consult the merchant about the heating power of each radiator, and then calculate how many radiators you need.

3. Understand the heating system
The general heating system has the following types: a. Centralized heating
b. There is a home hot water center
c. Waste heat supply from power plants
d. Heat supply of open pressureless boiler
e. Natural gas heating

4. Be sure to distinguish the internal anti-corrosion layer
Generally, the internal anti-corrosion materials of regular brand radiators are driven in by high pressure, there are no dead corners, air bubbles, and good anti-corrosion;
The inner anti-corrosion layer of the small-brand radiator is manually poured in, there are dead corners, air bubbles, etc., and the anti-corrosion is poor.

Production process of heating radiator
1. For high-density tooth-to-tongue mold trials, the first aluminum rod must be a short aluminum rod or pure aluminum rod of 150-200mm.
2. Before trying the mold, the extrusion center must be adjusted so that the extrusion shaft, the ingot barrel and the outlet of the mold base are on the same center line.
3. During mold trial and normal production, the heating temperature of the aluminum rod should be between 480-520℃.
4, the mold heating temperature is controlled at about 480°C according to the conventional mold temperature. The holding time of flat molds with a diameter of less than 200mm shall not be less than 2 hours. If it is a split mold, the temperature is kept for more than 3 hours; the mold with a diameter greater than 200mm is kept for 4-6 hours to ensure that the temperature of the mold core and the outside temperature are even.

5. Before mold trial or production, the inner container of the ingot barrel must be cleaned with a cylinder cleaning gasket, and check whether the dry running of the extruder is normal.
6. When the mold is tried or the production is just started, the automatic gear of the extruder is turned off, and the switches of each section are reset to zero. Start slowly from the minimum pressure and discharge the material for about 3-5 minutes. The pressure is mainly controlled during the aluminum filling process. The pressure is controlled within 100Kg/cm2, and the ammeter data is within 2-3A. Generally, 80-120Kg/cm2 can be discharged, and then it can be slowly accelerated. During normal production, the extrusion speed is subject to pressure less than 120Kg/cm2.
7. During mold trial or production, if mold jams, partial teeth, excessive speed deviations, etc. are found, the mold should be stopped immediately, and the mold should be unloaded in a point-retract manner to avoid mold scrap.
8. During the trial or production process, the discharge port must be unobstructed, and the cushion support or clamp slack should be reasonably controlled according to the discharge situation. Observe and find abnormal conditions at any time, deal with it in time, and shut down immediately when the machine stops.

9. During the straightening process, carefully check the changes before and after, operate in a standardized manner, use moderate force, and strictly guarantee the product quality.
10. Set the length reasonably according to the requirements of the production plan. When sawing, the feed speed of the saw tooth should not be too fast to avoid hurting the end. The end must be clamped straight to remove flash and burrs.
11. The installation of the basket should be standardized, including the mats should be placed reasonably to avoid damage to the profile.
12. The aging temperature of the profile is controlled at 190±5 ℃, the temperature is kept for 2.5-4 hours, and it is air-cooled after being released from the furnace.
