Processing process of stacked heat sink:
According to the engineer’s design drawings, cut the aluminum profile into a single fin for the heat sink
Then the single fins of the radiator are spliced together by a stamping process
After splicing into semi-finished products, surface treatment and polishing are performed. The product can also be processed by tapping, drilling, and milling grooves. It is a complete stacked heat sink.
