IGBT module heat sink product introduction
(1) Explosion-proof electrical heat pipe radiator: A new generation of heat dissipation products specially developed for the heat dissipation of power electronic devices and power modules for electrical equipment in explosive gas environments. It has the characteristics of low thermal resistance, fast thermal response, rapid heat conduction, separable cold and heat sources, good isothermal performance, and large heat transfer under small temperature differences. The heat generated by the power electronic devices and power modules in the explosion-proof electrical equipment can be quickly transferred to the outside of the explosion-proof housing, and dissipated by natural cooling or forced air cooling.
